Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original FILA packaging and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
